410 S. Rampart Suite #390 @ the Tivoli Village
We are open for Registration on the following days
Every Saturday from 10AM until 2PM
Every Wednesday from 6pm until 7pm
We are found in the middle building located on the third floor of the Regus Suite #390. Please do not hesitate to call and ask for directions.

Appointments must be made by calling our office line between Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm.
Our appointment days are
Every Saturday from 10AM until 2PM & Wednesday from 6PM - 7PM
As a reminder, we require the following documentation at time of registration:

Original Birth Certificate

School I.D (Junior Varsity and higher)
-
Proof of Address (Utlilty Bill showing current address)

Parent Identification (Drivers License)

Early Registration fee of $160.00 for players (ends on June 30th)

Regular Registration fee of $180.00 (ends on August 1st)
-
Late Registration fee of $200.00 (until season starts)
-
Cheerleading Registration $50.00
All fees are payable by cash or money order only at office.
