Please read carefully. By submitting this volunteer application, you are applying for a non-paid position at the Nevada Youth Football League. Because of the nature of our business, all volunteers are required to submit to a full police background check. You agree to abise by the rules and regualtions of the NYFL at all times. Finally you agree to the following conditions...

That you are at least 18 years of age or older.

That you are willing, able volunteer and can give dedicated time towards your position. At the same, willing to give up your position at any given time should the NYFL President or Vice-President deem nescessary.

Willing to submit to all rules/conditions of the NYFL organization and willing to submit yourself for a Police background check.
