The rules of the NYFL are put into place to ensure the safety of everyone and to provide a place where learning values through the sport of football are fair and balanced. It comes to suprise many that the rules of the NYFL are not created or modified by just one person. In fact, it takes an entire commitee or volunteers to collaborate on a rule and to make a change.
