It is the responsibility of Parents or Legal Guardian to provide their own insurance to alll participants in the event of an injury while participating in all events of the Nevada Youth Football League.
As a courtesy, the Nevada Youth Football League provides secondary insurance. Any claims to be valid must be completed within seven (7) days of the injury and sent to the insurance company by the Parent or Legal Guardian. It is not the responsibility of the Nevada Youth Football League to process claims.
Insurance Policies change from season to season. For the Fall 2005 season, the secondary insurance provided by the Nevada Youth Football League has a deductible of $1,000 and a maximum benefit of $5,000. This secondary insurance is not intended to resolve all medical expenses associated with an injury, but is an aid in the event of an injury. |
