We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business.

transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by Nevada Youth Football League (collectively, "Services") ("Authorized Customers").

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the e-mail address. 
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and information volunteered by the you, such as web-based forms submissions. 

What organizations are collecting the information?
Other than our direct collection of volunteered information, we do not partner with or have special relationships with any third party companies. 

How does the Site use Personally Identifiable Information?
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Website and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
We use the information voluntarily provided to create lists of potential coaches, volunteers and administrators.
We may use this information to resolve disputes, enhance our website or the general operations of the League.
We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to contact Visitors in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.

With whom may the information may be shared?
Personally Identifiable Information about Visitors or Authorized Customers is never shared with any outside organizations.  Information voluntarily collected from our site may be shared with the Nevada Youth Football League Administration.

How is Personally Identifiable Information stored?
Personally Identifiable Information collected by Nevada Youth Football League is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or other non-authorized members of Nevada Youth Football League except for use as indicated above.

What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?
We do not send unsolicited e-mail.

Bulk e-mail sent by us is done through a mail service which you voluntarily subscribed to.  If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please unsubscribe from the mail service using the link provided in the e-mail.

We never make the e-mail addresses of those who access our site available to other organizations.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with the information requested. 

Are Cookies Used on the Site?
We do not set any cookies. 

How does Nevada Youth Football League use login information?
Nevada Youth Football League uses login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user's movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.

What partners or service providers have access to Personally Identifiable Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Customers on the Site?
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server or third party companies. 

Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to comply with law.  We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information.  We will also disclose Personally Identifiable Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Customers.

How does the Site keep Personally Identifiable Information secure?
We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. 

All of our volunteers are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified volunteers who are given a password in order to gain access to the information. 
We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. No Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, is collected from our site. 

While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to Visitors or Authorized Customers for any such occurrences.

How can Visitors correct any inaccuracies in Personally Identifiable Information?
Visitors and Authorized Customers may contact us to update Personally Identifiable Information about them or to correct any inaccuracies by emailing us at auric@lvcm.com

Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site?
We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site's database by contacting auric@lvcm.com. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?
From time to time, we may use visitor information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site.  

However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.

Visitors may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by calling us at the number provided above, e-mailing us at the above address. 

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.

PLEASE NOTE:
This Site does not knowingly collect any Personally Identifiable Information from children. Visitors and Authorized Customers are required to be eighteen years or older to submit voluntarily provided Personally Identifiable Information.
