Other than our direct collection of volunteered information, we do not partner with or have special relationships with any third party companies.

Should any information be voluntarily provided by a child, only the League Administration will have access to this information and only for the purpose of resolving problems or answering questions submitted to the League.

With whom may the information may be shared?
We do not share children's personal information with anyone other than those who provide support for the internal operations of the Web Site and the League Administration.

How is Personally Identifiable Information stored?
Personally Identifiable Information collected by Nevada Youth Football League is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or other non-authorized members of Nevada Youth Football League except for use as indicated above.

Parental Review of information.
Should a parent suspect that their child has voluntarily submitted personal information to our site while online, the parents have the right to review the information that we have collected, prevent the further use or maintenance of such information, or direct the deletion of their children's personal information by contact us at the above addresses or phone number.

Are Cookies Used on the Site?
We do not set any cookies. 

How does Nevada Youth Football League use login information?
Nevada Youth Football League uses login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user's movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.

How does the Site keep Personally Identifiable Information secure?
We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. 

All of our volunteers are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified volunteers who are given a password in order to gain access to the information. 
We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. No Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, is collected from our site. 

While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to Visitors or Authorized Customers for any such occurrences.
